i dunno why he get so angry...
technical prob can be explain to customer...

if u so bravo, u urself go in and cut the meat lorh...
the meat hard and frozen..u tot easy to cut huh?
and hand cut of cos not as nice as machine slice ok...
sometimes i was thinking where ur brain sia...
